Qualifications

Investment Summer Analyst New York, NY

Link is looking for a current junior (rising senior) who would be interested in a real estate internship on our investments team in NYC this upcoming summer. Summer interns will have the opportunity to become exposed to a number of markets and properties across the industrial spectrum and can expect to have close interaction with a tight-knit investments team.

Prospective candidates need not have prior work experience in real estate but should be interested in learning more about the industry. Job Summary

The Vice President will be based in Costa Mesa, CA and will be a key member of the industrial portfolio’s asset management team responsible for influencing, advancing and executing on the platform’s strategic plan, objectives and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of real estate asset and portfolio management with experience in industrial, office or retail real estate
  • Experience working with joint venture partners
