Lease Analyst / Revenue Analyst Fort Washington, PA

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field is required. A concentration in business or real estate related field preferred.
  • A minimum of one to five years related experience in the real estate industry and hands-on experience in lease administration.
  • Solid computer skills with proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Access (or a similar database application) required. MRI or Yardi experience a plus.

VP-Asset Management Costa Mesa, CA

Job Summary

The Vice President will be based in Costa Mesa, CA and will be a key member of the industrial portfolio’s asset management team responsible for influencing, advancing and executing on the platform’s strategic plan, objectives and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of real estate asset and portfolio management with experience in industrial, office or retail real estate
  • Experience working with joint venture partners
  • Ability to think and act strategically with experience analyzing leasing and investment decisions
  • Strong negotiation, analytical and interpersonal skills are essential. Ability to be self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Background in reviewing, analyzing and sensitizing financial reports and communicating results
  • Experience evaluating competitive market information
  • Extensive knowledge of Argus software (primarily Argus Enterprise) and pro forma reporting
  • Consensus builder possessing the ability to work in a team environment managing projects and influence other investment professionals
  • Must have true entrepreneurial spirit, and desire to excel
  • Strong interest in mentoring younger professionals

Qualifications and Experience:
